At Ardell, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened beauty products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, lashes and adhesives must be in their original, sealed packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
